Student Jury Award at the PCMMO festival in France!

In White wins the Student Jury at the PCMMO - Panorama des cinémas du Maghreb et du Moyen-Orient film festival in France.

Thank you to the students for voting for In White and for their very nice review translated here: " This poignant short film tackles subjects that are sometimes difficult to address which are the death of a loved one, religious traditions, and also family conflicts. The beautiful Mastery of image, sound, storytelling and staging made the whole film incredibly moving and that's why we chose it."

Feb2018: In White screens at Lebanese Short film nights to two sold out theaters!!!

What a magical night at the Lebanese short film night organized by Metropolis Cinema in Beirut.

In White screened alongside some incredible Lebanese shorts such as the four Lebanon Factory films, Cyril Aris' THE PRESIDENT VISIT and Fadi Baki's LAST DAYS OF THE MAN OF TOMORROW.

Audiences flocked to the beautiful independent theater so much so, that they had to open the doors to the other theater and have two screenings in parallel. We've never seen Metropolis so full!

The films were followed by a Q&A with the directors that were present.

2018 Starting strong for In White

Very excited to announce that In White is starting the year strong with upcoming screenings in:

IN WHITE wins the James Janowsky Award

In December 2012 the James Richard Janowsky Awards was established at the School of Visual Arts, New York University, and Columbia University. Each fund is a bit different: At SVA it is to help a film student with production costs; Columbia University it is to award graduate students concentrating in screenwriting; and at NYU, James views completed short films and then determines which students will be awarded.

This year's James Janowsky award was offered to IN WHITE. Mr Janowsky was kind enough to also include a letter in which he expresses why he specifically chose IN WHITE out of all of the completed films.

Here's the touching letter below:
